Switched to Product Management during 2016 to lead the creation of a new code analysis product including all development, pricing, GTM plan and marketing aspects.

Following the successful launch, accepted all responsibilities for the Micro Focus analysis tools and have been leading those products since.

Over the years, I led a number of cross technologies and cross team integration projects in order to optimize our solutions.

 

As a PM, I'm planning the product and portfolio strategy and make sure the global team is executing it as efficiently as possible.

A routine week will include competitive analysis, customer calls and events, development meetings, supporting technical teams, sales and alliance managers, developing POCs and requirements, enablement content and more...

I think product management is just a great role and I absolutely love the diversity and freedom that are part of my day to day job.

​

Started as a QA student and progressed to a full time developer and a development team leader.

​

Developed and led the development of multiple products using various technologies and architectures including: Server products (C++ and Java based), Client products (WPF/C#, Web, Java), connecting legacy and new technologies, add-on products (Extensions to Visual Studio and Eclipse) and used various programming languages and methodologies.

I'm also an experienced Scrum Master.
